30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, for both defective and non-defective products in new condition (unopened, unused, in original packaging).
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original, unopened packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@ebminishop.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for the return
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid lost packages.
Return Shipping — Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
There are no restocking fees.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@ebminishop.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items returned without original packaging
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest option is to return your original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
